TRIBUTI, ESENZIONI ED AGEVOLAZIONI, AGEVOLAZIONE EX ART. 6 D.P.R. N. 601 DEL 1973, APPLICABILITA’ ALLE ASL - ESISTENZA DI UN CONTRASTO IN GIURISPRUDENZA E QUESTIONE DI MASSIMA RILEVANZA, RIMESSIONE AL PRIMO PRESIDENTE PER L’EVENTUALE ASSEGNAZIONE ALLE SEZIONI UNITE

La sezione tributaria ha rimesso al Primo Presidente - ritenendo trattarsi di questione su cui vi è contrasto in giurisprudenza e comunque di questione di massima rilevanza - la questione se debba applicarsi l’agevolazione espressamente prevista dall’art. 6 del d.P.R. n. 601 del 1973 per le aziende ospedaliere anche alle ASL.
