LAVORO SUBORDINATO, LICENZIAMENTO INDIVIDUALE, OPZIONE PER L'INDENNITÀ SOSTITUTIVA DELLA REINTEGRAZIONE

La facoltà di chiedere al datore di lavoro un'indennità pari a quindici mensilità della retribuzione globale di fatto, in sostituzione della reintegrazione nel posto di lavoro, è tempestivamente esercitata con la consegna della lettera raccomandata all'ufficio postale entro il termine di trenta giorni, ancorché la richiesta venga recapitata dopo la scadenza del termine decadenziale.
