PROCESSO DEL LAVORO, TENTATIVO DI CONCILIAZIONE, EFFETTO INTERRUTTIVO DELLA PRESCRIZIONE, DIES A QUO

La convocazione avanti alla competente commissione di conciliazione, all’esito della richiesta di svolgimento del tentativo obbligatorio di conciliazione contenente la specificazione delle rivendicazioni avanzate, costituisce una vera e propria messa in mora, valutabile ex art. 2943 comma 4 cod.civ., idonea ad interrompere la prescrizione.
