PREVIDENZA, TRASCRIZIONE TARDIVA DEL MATRIMONIO RELIGIOSO, CESSAZIONE DEL DIRITTO DEL CONIUGE SUPERSTITE ALLA PENSIONE DI REVERSIBILITÀ DEL CONIUGE DEFUNTO, DALLA DATA DI CELEBRAZIONE DEL MATRIMONIO CANONICO

In caso di trascrizione tardiva del matrimonio religioso, per volontà dei coniugi, lo stato vedovile di uno o di entrambi i coniugi cessa, retroattivamente, a far data dalla celebrazione del matrimonio e, per l'effetto, viene meno, con la stessa decorrenza, anche il diritto del coniuge superstite alla pensione di reversibilità del coniuge defunto a causa di sopravvenuto matrimonio.
