LAVORO, MOLESTIE SESSUALI, PROVA, RISARCIMENTO DEL DANNO

In tema di molestie sessuali sul luogo di lavoro, la Corte di Cassazione si è pronunciata sul valore processuale delle dichiarazioni rese in sede di interrogatorio dalla lavoratrice molestata, nonché sul danno, anche di tipo esistenziale, risarcibile alla lavoratrice.
