PREVIDENZA, ACCOMPAGNAMENTO, CAPACITA’ LAVORATIVA

Può competere l’indennità di accompagnamento, e non anche la pensione di inabilità, ove vi sia una residua capacità lavorativa, purché, tuttavia, si accerti in concreto che l’intervento dell’accompagnatore non sia necessario per integrare la prestazione lavorativa, che possa invece essere svolta dall’invalido autonomamente.
