LAVORO PUBBLICO, ATTO REGIONALE DI NOMINA DEL DIRETTORE GENERALE DI AZIENDA SANITARIA LOCALE

L'esito negativo del controllo sull'atto regionale di nomina del direttore generale di azienda sanitaria locale determina l'inefficacia sia del provvedimento, sia del contratto eventualmente già stipulato, con la conseguente inconfigurabilità, in relazione alla mancata esecuzione del contratto, di inadempimento imputabile all'amministrazione.
