DIRITTI REALI, USUFRUTTO, ESTENSIONE ALLE ACCESSIONI DEL BENE, CONDIZIONI, ESCLUSIONE

L'estensione dell'usufrutto alle accessioni della cosa non è subordinata, nel caso di costruzioni o piantagioni fatte dal proprietario con il consenso dell'usufruttuario o per disposizione della pubblica autorità, alla condizione della corresponsione degli interessi sulle somme impiegate.
