PROCESSO CIVILE, INTERROGATORIO FORMALE, RISPOSTA RETICENTE O EVASIVA

La norma dell'art. 232 cod. proc. civ. - secondo cui la mancata presentazione o il rifiuto di rispondere consente al giudice di ritenere come ammessi i fatti dedotti nell'interrogatorio formale - è applicabile anche al caso di dichiarazioni che, per il loro contenuto reticente o evasivo, possono essere equiparate alla mancata risposta.
