PROFESSIONI E PROFESSIONISTI, AVVOCATO, TRASFERIMENTO AD ALTRO ORDINE, CANCELLAZIONE DALL’ALBO DI PROVENIENZA, PREVIO NULLA OSTA, NECESSITÀ

Poiché l'art. 2 della legge 4 marzo 1991, n. 67 non ha abrogato l'art. 37 della legge 22 gennaio 1934, n. 36, né vi è incompatibilità tra le due norme, l’iscrizione di un avvocato all’albo di un’altra circoscrizione, per trasferimento, non può prescindere dalla cancellazione dall’albo di provenienza, previo nulla osta.
