AGGIUDICAZIONE DI BENE IMMOBILIARE A SEGUITO DI ASTA PUBBLICA, PRODUZIONE IMMEDIATA DELL’EFFETTO TRASLATIVO, CONDIZIONI

Il verbale di aggiudicazione definitiva, a seguito di incanto pubblico o di licitazione privata indetta da una P.A., è idoneo a produrre in via immediata l'effetto traslativo del cespite immobiliare oggetto della gara qualora esso sia stato esattamente e completamente individuato nel verbale stesso.
